The Pixie Stiped was bred over 50 years ago on a family farm south of Lancaster. It is an early-maturing and robust beefsteak tomato variety that is ideal for outdoor cultivation. Its moderate height makes it an ideal choice for balconies , raised beds , or containers , and its robustness is evident in its ability to cope with a variety of weather conditions.

The versatility of this variety is also demonstrated by its ability to overwinter in the conservatory or living room . The red-orange stripes of the fully ripe fruits make the Pixie Striped a real eye-catcher.

As a bush tomato, it does not require pinching , but with upright growth, solid support is essential to support its heavy fruits.

The Pixie Striped not only promises an early harvest, but also a beautiful presentation on any balcony or raised bed. With its ability to adapt to diverse conditions and its appealing appearance, the Pixie Striped is a valuable asset for any tomato lover who wants to enjoy a bountiful harvest and a decorative appearance.
